Our Recommendations
We recommend using the following CMS modules, although we are happy to customize to your requirements
#01 Template Management
Users can create/fill/update the metadata values and tag attributes, and send this template for approval.
#02 Agreement Creation
Users can initiate Agreement creation, fill/update the metadata values, select the appropriate approved template, and create the agreement in ‘Draft’ status. Tagged version of documents containing metadata and clauses gets generated at the end of this process
#03 Update Agreement
User can update the Agreement, including changes in uploaded document or metadata values
#04 Agreement Approval
Approver will be notified once the approval process is initiated. Once they review and approve the agreement, the status of that agreement gets updated.
#05 Signatures and Contract Execution
Once the status of the Agreement changes to ‘Approved’, it can come into effect after attestation by both parties.
#06 Post Execution
Post execution process includes amendment creation & execution, Agreement termination and resetting expiry dates of already expired agreements
