Job Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and optimize the software architectural design in Automotive system
• Leading software development projects
• Training and overseeing the activities of the members of the development team
• Planning, tracking and scheduling software deliverables
• Looking for problems within software systems and resolving the issues

Skills

Essential:

• Degree in Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering or Computer Science or similar
• Extensive knowledge of the software development process and corresponding technologies
• Excellent understanding of design patterns and architectural styles
• Knowledge and understanding of vehicle communication protocols (CAN, Automotive Ethernet, MQTT, HTTP, TCP/IP, SOME/IP).
• Experience with agile processes (e.g. Scrum) desirable
• High level of self-initiative, excellent communication skills, self-management and team orientation
• High ability to find solutions and make decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Desired:

• Modelling Software architecture using UML / SysML
• Experience with Model Driven Software Development
• Certified Agile framework
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
