Job Responsibilities

• Preparing response for the RFQs/RFPs from various customers including technical solution, execution approach, cost and effort estimation etc by interacting with specialists in the organisation
• Clarifying the RFQ/RFP requirements with the customer
• Preparing "Proposal Defense" deck and presenting the deck to the customers
• Generating technical reports and various presentation material to communicate issues, achievements, and technical information for project evaluations and information sharing across the organization
• Ensuring running operation, removing/escalating blocking points and show stoppers
• Interfacing with other disciplines to receive and provide supports
• Customer interfacing and Technical coordination for the assigned project
• Detailed planning and tracking of project activities
• Supplier and team steering
• Technical Risk and Change Control management
• Management of error analysis and troubleshooting activities if required

Skills

Essential:

• Completed degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, electronics engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
• Minimum 3 Years Experience in technical presales management
• Minimum 3 Years Experience in technical project management
• Business fluent with German(minimum C1 Level) and English
• Experience working with Automotive OEMs
• Experience in leading or working with interdisciplinary/intercultural teams
• Technical expertise in the field of automotive control unit(ECU) and connectivity technologies including Head Unit, Digital Cluster, HUD, BCM etc.
• Good knowledge of automotive development processes
• Overview of the relevant production processes
• Good leadership and communication skills

Desired:

• Many years of experience in Embedded Systems development, especially in the Automotive domain
• Knowledge of ADAS and AUTOSAR is an added advantage
• Knowledge of Automotive OEM's processes and tools is an added advantage
• Certifications like CSM, SAFe Agilist, PMP, PRINCE2 etc.
